Without dramatically increasing our nutrient intake, our body’s resources start to steal from one another and hormonal swings, painful periods, PCOS, diabetes and hair loss ensue.

My heart breaks for the millions of women that struggle with fertility. I don’t have all the answers, but dozens women in our community have given their bodies the support they need to conceive and carry precious babies. I hope their stories encourage you.
